Greetings
Indigenous woman and certified Counsellor Tanya Kirkland uses a unique and welcoming approach to build trusting relationships and create a safe space for people seeking an understanding listener, a kind heart, and honest conversation.
"Sacred space exists within each of us. To me, sacred space is a feeling created in a counselling relationship in which there is safety and trust enough for individuals to show up as their vulnerable selves—human beings engaging in a heartfelt relationship together. Engaging in this work takes courage, self-compassion, and the recognition that it can be challenging at times. You are not in this alone. I look forward to beginning this healing journey with you."
